About Me
Hi! I’m Ariel Spagnolo, and I've been living in Richmond since 2001 when my family relocated for my dad's job. My love for homes started at a young age when my parents would “drive around and look at houses” on weekends. I graduated from James Madison University in 2013 with a business degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, and my background is heavily focused on event planning, customer service, and client relationship management.
Real estate in Richmond was always something I thought about, and COVID gave me the courage to leave corporate America and start selling. I’ve now been licensed for SIX(!) amazing years, and I founded Rooted Living Real Estate to help people not just move but truly plant roots and thrive in their next chapter. With a deep understanding of our local market, a passion for people, and the strength of Fiv Realty behind me, I’m here to guide you through the process of buying or selling a home in Richmond with honesty, passion, and grit.
